The website and Katalis (our AI guide) give general information about how AI could help your business, and let you get in touch. It's a helpful starting point — not professional, legal, financial or technical advice tailored to your situation.

About Katalis's answers

Katalis is an AI. It aims to be accurate and honest, and will tell you when it isn't sure rather than guess — but like any AI it can occasionally be wrong or incomplete. Please don't rely on its replies as your only basis for a decision. Anything important should be confirmed with us directly.

The Business Score tool

Our free business score is generated automatically from publicly-available information — your website, web search results and the Companies House register. It's a general, indicative guide to how your online presence looks to customers and search engines, meant to point you at things worth improving. It is not a credit score, a financial or creditworthiness assessment, or any regulated or professional rating, and it has no effect on your credit file. Because it reads information as it appears at the time, it can be incomplete or out of date — please treat it as a helpful starting point, not a definitive verdict.

Marketing review (members)

If you're a member and upload a screenshot of your own marketing or advertising data, you confirm it's yours to share and doesn't contain other people's personal data. We read it to give you honest, practical feedback based on what's visible — it's guidance, not a guarantee of results, and any changes you make are your own decision.

Pricing and enquiries

Any prices shown or mentioned in chat are indicative ballparks to help you plan, are exclusive of VAT, and are not a binding quote. The actual scope and cost of any work are agreed with you separately in writing. Sending an enquiry or having a conversation does not create a contract — any engagement is governed by a separate agreement we'd put in place together.

No guaranteed results

Every business is different, so we don't promise specific outcomes or returns. We only recommend AI where we believe it genuinely helps, and we'll tell you honestly when it doesn't.

Acceptable use

Please use the site and chat lawfully and reasonably. Don't try to disrupt or misuse the service, and don't submit other people's personal data, or unlawful, harmful or offensive content, through the chat.

Intellectual property

The content, design and branding of this website belong to Katalis. You're welcome to view and share it, but please don't copy or reuse it commercially without our permission.

We provide the website and chat in good faith and "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't legally be limited.
