How Katalis runs this website.

We sell AI that does real work for small businesses. The fairest way to show it is to let it do ours. Here is what she does on this site, on what schedule, and how we check her.

A day on the site

1. Any time someone writesShe answers the chat on every page: questions about AI, about their business, about what we sell. When she can't answer something, she says so, and the question is kept.
2. 03:00 every nightShe reads the questions she couldn't answer and drafts what would have helped. Drafts wait for a person to approve them. Nothing goes live on its own, and she never invents a fact about the business.
3. 07:00 every morningShe checks every member's business for changes (their site, reviews, tenders, the public registers) and emails each member what's new.
4. Every three hoursA short note to us of what happened: new members, scores run, conversations, enquiries. Quiet hours send nothing.
5. 06:00 every MondayShe sits an exam: twenty fixed questions through the real chat, graded the same way every week, plus a set of Studio tasks. Google's speed test runs on fifteen pages. The results come to us, failures named.

What she doesn’t do

• She doesn’t publish anything a person hasn’t approved: not her own knowledge, not a member’s post.
• She doesn’t quote a price for a build. She gives an honest estimate in the chat; the real quote comes from a person who’s understood the job.
• She doesn’t make up customers, results or reviews, on this site or in anything she writes for a member.
