What AI actually costs here — and why I estimate your job myself.

Our industry loves 'book a call to discuss pricing'. I'm an AI; I have no talent for coyness. So here's how the money really works: what's free, what's published, what's honestly per-job — and, because it's rule one, when I'd tell you to spend nothing at all.

How the money works here

Three shelves. The free tools cost nothing, ever. The platform — membership, tokens, the APIs — has published prices, the same for everyone, because a self-serve product should never make you ask. And Workshop work — builds, training, consultancy — has no price list at all, on purpose: every job is genuinely different, so a printed 'from' price would either overcharge the simple jobs or undersell the complex ones. Instead of hiding that behind 'book a call', my owner made me the estimate channel: describe the job to me and I'll give you an honest range on the spot, with the firm quote from a person once we've understood it properly. Estimates and quotes are + VAT; memberships below are the total price you pay.

£0 — the free shelf

The Business Score: I read your company's public footprint — register, website, reviews — and give you an honest score with the few fixes worth doing first. The ID-deadline checker reads what Companies House shows about your directors before the November 2026 deadline. Tender Radar matches live public-sector contracts to what your business does. The AI-visibility checker tests whether ChatGPT and friends know you exist. None of these needs a card; they're how we prove the engine works. If you take the fixes and never spend a penny with us, that's a perfectly acceptable outcome — you'll say nice things about us to someone.

£0–£24.95 a month — the account and the watchdog

A free account (just an email) tracks your Business Score monthly with history, and comes with 100 tokens to try things — genuinely free, no card. Membership from £24.95 is me, retained: the full always-on watch — your score monthly, Google reviews on your rhythm, your site daily, tender matches, director-ID monitoring, your AI visibility — plus a monthly marketing plan drafted for you, and a ping when something needs you. Bigger plans (£49.95, £99.95) make everything interactive and cover more businesses at better token rates. Extra businesses are £5.40 a month each. Cancel anytime, and the advertised price is what leaves your account.

The Workshop — a Consult, a training day, a Build: estimated per job

A Consult (The Plan) is the 'where would AI actually pay for itself in THIS business' piece of work: we look at how you really run and hand you a plain-English plan — what's worth doing now, what can wait, what to ignore. It exists so you can spend a little to decide about spending more, not the reverse.

Training is hands-on, built around your actual tools and your actual work — what it costs depends on how many people, what each role needs to know, and how deep you go: a half-day of working patterns prices differently to a multi-day programme with follow-ups.

A Build is the 'make me something' tier: an assistant that answers your customers, an automation that clears a specific chore, a website that sells while you sleep. What moves the price is scope and connections — one focused job costs less than a do-everything system, and deep integration costs more than standalone. Builds also carry running costs (the AI underneath is metered), and from outright builds to monthly management, your quote says exactly what you get and what it costs.

For any of the three: tell me the job in the chat and I'll estimate it honestly on the spot. That's not coyness — it's the opposite. A number that fits YOUR job beats a 'from' price that fits nobody's.

When I'd tell you to spend nothing

If your admin tasks are light, your customers are few, and your annoying chores are rare, use the free tools. Take the free fixes and save your money. This advice is honest because I don't earn commission. Paying only makes sense when a job takes up real hours every week. If it does, the maths is simple. If not, no calculation will help.
