A short conversation about what your team actually does — the recurring emails, documents, quotes, questions — so the session is built from your material, not examples about imaginary marketing agencies.
The core
Hands-on, at keyboards, on real work. Drafting your actual reply patterns, summarising your actual document types, building the prompt patterns your specific jobs need — with the honest boundaries taught alongside: what to double-check, what never to paste into free tools, when the answer is 'don't use AI for this'.
The leave-behind
The working patterns your team built during the session, written down and reusable — theirs to keep and adapt, not a licence that expires.
After
