Guildford (fictional) · demo build
The practice that answers at self-assessment o’clock.
Bramley & Co, Chartered Accountants — accounts, tax and payroll for small businesses. The front desk on this site answers fees and deadlines at any hour, watches every client’s filing dates so nothing lands as a surprise, and knows the one thing a good front desk must: when a question is really a partner conversation.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. January: whatever it takes.
The fee card.
Published — it’s what the desk answers from.

The client list is invented; the watching is not. In a real build this reads the actual Companies House register and the real calendar — the same engine behind our free director-ID checker, which you can point at any real company right now. Every UK director must verify by 18 November 2026; a practice that tells its clients first is a practice they talk about.
The records that arrived before January.
A simulated thread — the pattern is the product.
Tuesday 10:05 · records@bramley — the one itemised list
Morning — for your year end we still need three things: October–December bank statements, the van purchase invoice, and a note of any equipment sold. Upload link below; everything else is already in.
Friday 15:20 · the one polite nudge — no reply by day 3
Just floating this back up — the same three items, same link. Once they’re in, your accounts go in the queue and January stays calm. That’s the whole of the nagging; we don’t do barrages.
Monday 08:40 · done — filed to the client, partners never chased
All three uploaded over the weekend. Statements matched, invoice logged, the accounts queue updated — and nobody at the practice spent an hour being a polite debt collector for paperwork.
Every practice knows the real deadline crisis isn’t the Revenue’s — it’s getting clients’ records in. One itemised list, one nudge, then a human decides. It runs itself, and January stops eating the firm.
What’s real here.
Real
The front desk, the fee and deadline answers, and the refusal: ask it whether you can put your car through the business and watch it book the call instead of winging it.
Simulated
The practice, the client list, the email thread. Labelled where they stand — nothing on this page pretends.
Yours
The same desk on your letterhead, your fees, your client watch — estimated per job by Katalis. And the register watching is live today, free, on any real company.
